Dr. Steven Waterhouse has served as pastor of Westcliff Bible Church since 1985. His deep attention to Scripture brings a uniquely relevant ministry to Westcliff.
Dr. Waterhouse's broad understanding of human problems gained through extensive counseling enhances his ministry.
