Dr. Steven Waterhouse pastors Westcliff Bible Church in Amarillo, Texas. He has degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary, Capital Bible Seminary, Spring Arbor University and Cornerstone University.

Dr. Waterhouse has been a keynote speaker at conventions that minister to families of the mentally ill and has also taught Bible doctrine in college and church ministries.
